We will only accept Products returned as follows:

• we accept all online purchases that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment;
• are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase;
• all refunds will be subject to our appraisal of the Products;
• all Products must be returned in the same unworn condition as sold, in their original undamaged packaging, with all labels attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

Returns Policy For In Store Purchases

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges unfortunately as we work solely as an agent for our consigners, helping to sell their items for them. This means, once you purchase something from us, you have bought it off an individual seller and they have received payment. 

How Do I Return Or Exchange My Online Purchase?

• Please notify us via Contact form if you would like to make a return within the day window.
• When your return is approved, subject to our return conditions, we endeavour to process refunds as soon as the product is received by us. However, refunds may take 10 - 14 days and will be applied to the original method of payment
• We recommend that the products are returned via registered and insured post and double boxed to avoid damage to the original box.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
• Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

In order to prevent abuse, we reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges from a specific Customer.
